Future Simple
Загальні питання на англійській мові в простому майбутньому часі завжди будуються за допомогою допоміжного will:
- You’ll help me with this exercise. – Will you help me with this exercise?
- We’ll go to the shopping-center next Sunday. – Will we go to the shopping center next Sunday?
- They’ll will play tennis after work. – They Will play tennis after work?
Present Continuous
За правилами побудови питальних речень в англійській мові, у часи групи Continuous вони складаються з герундием – дієсловом із закінченням -ing (read – reading, sleep – sleeping, swim -swimming). Вперед ставиться to be в необхідних формах.

Те ж стосується і стійкої конструкції to be going to: на перше місце виходять am, is та are:
- We are going to bake a cake. – Are we going to bake a cake?
- Peter and Simon are going to go skiing. – Are Peter and Simon going to go skiing?
- Helen is going to leave earlier. – Is Helen going to live earlier?
